United Pentecostal Church International - Stittsville Assembly - A burden birthed in the heart of a young man, Rev. Thomas Dixon, almost 40 years ago is still coming to fruition in Stittsville, Ontario. From the very first service held in the "Orange Hall" on August 21, 1966 to the year 2004, the church has been in transition, and more recently, "on the move." Housed in the second permanent building, the first built by its founder and the second by its present Pastor, Rev. Alonzo Dummitt, the "body" continues to grow. Since the arrival of Pastor Dummitt and his family in the Spring of 1981, a growing, committed core-group of dedicated saints has been reaching out to the souls in what is now the amalgamated capital city of Canada . . . Ottawa. Many souls have experienced the "new birth" and everything is in place for a great revival.
